Debbie leads the RCFS accounting and administrative areas. She is responsible for developing the accounting and human resource strategy for the companies. In her role, Debbie stewards all financial reporting formats, record keeping requirements, business insurance programs and human resource practices. She serves as the companies' direct liaison for banking relationships, accounting reviews and audits, legal counsel and our total service package with ADP (payroll, insurance benefits, human resource support).

Debbie has 20+ years experience in corporate accounting with a specialty in the food industry. She has previously served as a plant controller for H.J. Heinz Corporation and as a Business Controller for Borden Foods Corporation. In these roles, Debbie was responsible for budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting and financial reporting. She served as a member of a due diligence team for the sale of a business unit. Additionally, Debbie has participated as the financial/accounting team member on a comprehensive ERP implementation.
