Joe's background includes 25+ years in production, distribution, equipment maintenance, and plant management. His previous roles included distribution of fresh foods in six states, fleet manager/mechanic of 40+ diesel trucks while managing the production of up to 80,000 fresh products daily. He was instrumental in leading a team that produced 2+ million meals for fema hurricane relief.

His current role as VP of plant operations encompassing all logistical considerations within the us. He is also HACCP and Seafood HACCP certified. Because of these certifications and knowledge of the flow in production, he plays a key role in our food safety system.
