Justin earned his B.A. degree in Economics & Business from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. He was a member of a European Field Research team studying the unique attributes of European PLC's as contrasted to US multinationals. This research involved travel throughout the UK, Netherlands, Germany, and the Czech Republic with particular emphasis in strategy discussions with eu leaders in Brussels.

Justin currently leads RCFS' administration and export business, which includes customer partners in Kuwait, Afghanistan, Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain and Europe. Previously, Justin was responsible for supervising plant operations in a USDA, and VetCom inspected environment. He also leads the it infrastructure strategy for the company. In his administrative role, Justin compiles and analyzes Nielsen and consumer information pertinent to brand positioning.
