Luke graduated with a bachelor's degree from The Master's College in California. He spent time working in the mortgage industry before moving to Illinois to work for IFS as a production manager, where his responsibilities included quality assurance. After spending over two years with RCFS, he started his own lawn care service company in Idaho. He built and ran this business with a partner for three years before selling his share of the company and returning to the food industry with a sales position at RCFS.
