In '05 RCFS prepared more than 2.2 millions box meals for hurricane relief efforts. RCFS was nationally recognized and awarded for "OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING THE HURRICANE KATRINA/RITA RELIEF EFFORT." RCFS was given this award by the Brigadier General Jesse R. Cross, USA Commander, Defense Supply Chain Philadelphia. RCFS became the third largest meal kit provider of relief in the United States, as these 2.2 million meals were manufactured within 6 weeks. As in '05, RCFS prepared more than 2 million more box meals for hurricane relief in '08 for the hurricane IKE relief efforts. RCFS became the number two producer of box meals for DSCP and FEMA.

RCFS also manufactures components and assembles frozen box meals with multiple applications which include: Deli Sandwich, Juice, Pretzels, Cookie pack, Cutlery Kit, and Condiments.
