Paul joined the RCFS team in June 2007 after a 24+ year career in Army Food Service. During his Army career he's held food service positions including Dining Facility Manager, Food Service Supervisor at Brigade, Installation and Division levels, and prior to retirement the Army Center of Excellence Subsistence Sergeant Major at Ft. Lee, va. Paul is a three time veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and brings a broad knowledge and experience of military feeding to RCFS.
