Wayne is an investor and business partner with Bob Harrison at RCFS, and serves in the capacity of CEO. Wayne is responsible for stewarding business strategy, regulatory practices, resource development and capital investment activities.

Prior to investing in RCFS, Wayne served at McDonald's Corporation as a corporate office for the world's largest restaurant company. During his 30+ tenure at McDonald's, Wayne held responsibilities that encompassed Restaurant Operations, Supply Chain and Corporate Strategy assignments spanning the USA and international markets. He also served as President of an international software and technology services firm that was funded through the venture capital community.

Wayne has served on the boards of Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG), McDonald's System Capital Corporation and Supplier Acceptance Corporation, EFS Network (a technology services company), Zerospace Solutions (a health care consultancy), and ESG, a security services contracting firm.
