Wayne earned his B.A. degree in Business Management from the Master's College in Los Angeles, California. He has provided independent consulting services to small food marketing and manufacturing companies. He continues his relationship with one of those private companies as a shareholder and board member.
Wayne leads all manufacturing operations and commercial sales for rcfs. He is the architect of the successful commercial meal kit and emergency relief business. Under his leadership, 2.2 million meal kits were provided through DSCP and FEMA to hurricane victims in less than 21 days. Wayne is also the author of RCFS' quality program, which has been audited by Cook and Thurber, receiving a 96% rating. He is the executive partner for RCFS with USDA, and VetCom.
