RCFS is an 8(a) SDB certified Native American food & beverage manufacturing, marketing and distribution company with primary offices located in South Elgin, Illinois. RCFS manufacturing capabilities meet USDA requirements, while also being HACCP certified for food safety practices. RCFS manufactures and distributes cooked meats, sliced deli meats, gourmet sandwiches and healthy hand-held baked products as well as a variety of energy drinks.

Export operations are handled at our South Elgin operations plant. RCFS qualifies as a "small business concern" and a "small disadvantage business concern" per the criteria of the Small Business Administration. RCFS also carries "certification for 8(a) status" and is Native American owned. Robert Harrison is the Chairman of RCFS and a member of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe in North Dakota. RCFS began supplying DLA Prime Vendors in late 2006 with approved US Army menu products. We have a top 10% supplier rating with DLA Prime Vendors in the Southwest Asia area of operations and have received a performance award from Brigadier General Jesse Cross USA Commander, Defense Supply Center Philadelphia for support in disaster relief.
